Phyllis brings her warmth, humor, efficiency and common sense to Washburn & McGoldrick and all of our clients. With her strong organizational skills, she keeps our office running smoothly and assures that our clients are well served and regularly connected with us.

Before working at Rensselaer, Phyllis founded and directed Birthright, Inc. of Saratoga County, a crisis pregnancy center. Phyllis is an Associate at the Dominican Retreat and Conference Center where she has facilitated retreats and plays the violin in their music ministry. She also volunteers at the Schenectady City Mission.

Phyllis has completed certification in the Association of Fundraising Professionals fundamentals program. She recently completed a two-year program with The Guild for Spiritual Guidance and is currently studying herbal medicine. Phyllis attended Russell Sage College.
