The new Advancement Leadership for Women Program is a six-session workshop specifically crafted for women in the advancement field who are exploring leadership roles or looking to expand their leadership or management responsibilities. Recognizing that women approach career growth and opportunities uniquely compared to men, we draw from the experiences of our own team and other women leaders in advancement to share insights on the journey to leadership. We’ll delve into what it takes to excel as a leader and what success means within the field of advancement.
Between each session, participants will receive reading assignments to enrich their learning experience. The workshops themselves will be conducive to open discussions and will occasionally feature a panel of successful women leaders in advancement. Participants will also engage in various exercises and breakout sessions.
Each session lasts for one hour and occurs weekly on the same day and time for six weeks.
After completing the six-week course, we offer private coaching sessions to further support your leadership journey.
The workshop is set to begin in early fall. Stay tuned for more details this summer!
