Jenna joins Washburn McGoldrick after working in the office for Institutional Advancement at Ithaca College, her alma mater. Jenna first began her advancement career at the College working as Assistant to the Vice President. She was promoted to Leadership Gift Officer and then served as the division’s Senior Prospect Researcher until her departure in 2020.

Before working in higher education, Jenna worked for the Pritzker family at Hyatt’s corporate offices in Chicago where she supported the President, General Counsel, and Chairman at Hyatt Gaming, Inc. Following her work at Hyatt she spent several years pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology. In addition to her undergraduate degree in psychology from Ithaca College, she also has a master’s degree in criminology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.

Jenna brings her love of working with people and passion for learning to this position. Jenna is thrilled to be starting this new adventure as a member of the Washburn McGoldrick team.
