Jenna A. Reynolds
Executive Administrator
Jenna joins Washburn McGoldrick after working in the office for Institutional Advancement at her alma mater, Ithaca College. Jenna first began her advancement career working as Assistant to the Vice President and Principal Gifts offices and later worked as an associate supporting the college’s leadership gift officers. She then served as the division’s Senior Prospect Researcher until her departure in 2020.
Before working in higher education, Jenna worked at Hyatt’s corporate offices in Chicago where she supported the President, General Counsel, and Chairman at Hyatt Gaming, Inc. Following her work at Hyatt she spent several years pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology. In addition to her undergraduate degree in psychology from Ithaca College, she also has a master’s degree in criminology from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.
Jenna brings her love of working with people and passion for learning to this position. Since joining the firm she has supported our Intensives training programs and most recently helped launch our Advancement Leadership for Women workshop in 2025.
